Preschool Gymnastics
Preschool coaches deliver fun activity and engaging gymnastics instruction while developing coordination, social and listening skills, and gross motor skills.
Recreational Gymnastics
Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced classes teach increasingly difficult elements, learned using our unique method of skill progressions.

Our Goal
Balance's goal is to produce happy, healthy, confident young people, and gymnastics is just the means to that goal. Furthermore, we believe that winning is not fun if you do not enjoy the learning process! Consequently, Balance coaches hold the girls to a high standard, while still allowing each gymnast to learn and thrive at their own pace.
Low Student to Instructor ratios
Gymnastics students should each receive the time and attention they deserve from their coach. As a result, we maintain strict instructor to student ratios for each of our classes and teams.
