Gymnastics is our passion! We deliver our personal best for our students and families, which why is why our staff participates in ongoing training and all staff is background checked. We follow USAG’s tried and true skills progressions, as well as adhere to their rigorous rules and regulations.

Classes
Classes rotate events following a structured lesson using our unique method of skill progressions. Students will gain self-confidence, courage and a better understanding of the fundamentals of gymnastics. Classes fill up quickly so register below!

Combining physical activity, gymnastics, games and so much more, events such as open gym, day camps, and birthday parties at Balance Gymnastics should never be missed!
Competitive Gymnastics
We offer excellent training opportunities for girls on our USAG Teams serving Bronze through Diamond levels.
