Furthermore, we follow USAG’s tried and true skills progressions and rigorous rules, ensuring fun, learning, and safety for our students.

Preschool and Recreational Classes
Our classes rotate events each class, following a structured lesson plan and incorporating tried and true skill progressions. Through skill progressions, students gain self-confidence, courage and a better understanding of the fundamentals of gymnastics. Classes fill up quickly so register below!
Day Camps and Birthday Parties
Combining physical activity, gymnastics, games and so much more, events such as day camps and birthday parties at Balance Gymnastics are a hit with our families.

Competitive Gymnastics
