At Balance we only provide our families with top-notch USAG certified and background checked coaches. And we don’t stop there, we use structured, consistent lesson plans to give each child the best support for advancement. We also attend ongoing training throughout the year to insure we are always up to date on the very best training techniques.

Meet Our Leadership Team
After coaching together for nearly 10 years, Jen and Mal had a vision for a new gymnastics facility which would provide a fun, kid-centric atmosphere, as well as offer the space and equipment to accommodate the needs of all students from preschool through optional levels. The goal was to provide an environment focused on the individual student, allowing them to see the best in themselves and others. Our “balanced” approach to gymnastics combines support, care and comfort for each child while providing a safe space to learn boundaries and life lessons, along with fitness and gymnastics skills.
The dream was realized with the purchase of an 11,000 square foot facility in the south metro area, which has been transformed into a lively, creative space to learn.
Our team of highly qualified coaches shared their vision to encourage growth in children, while striving to teach them to create balance in life through the art of gymnastics. The result is Balance Gymnastics!
Coach Mallory has gymnastics in her soul! She grew up in the sport, participating in USAG competitive gymnastics as well as high school gymnastics. Realizing her passion for the sport, she coached for 15 years before attaining her dream of founding Balance Gymnastics.. Mallory’s goal is to ensure every girl realizes their individual strengths and abilities, both in and out of the gym.
In her spare time, Mallory loves diving with sharks, spoiling her dogs, working out, and traveling to new places..
Coach Jen grew up a competitive gymnast and dancer and after working as a coach, she opened her first gym 10 years ago, growing the gym from a handful of students to full capacity in a short time. When the time came for a larger facility, she partnered with Mallory to found Balance Gymnastics. Jen’s goal is to ensure our students have a safe, supportive environment where respect and kindness abound.
Jen is a proud mother of three children. She loves new experiences, travel and supporting her children in their growth journey.
