Balance Gymnastics Preschool Program
Our Preschool program is full of fun, activity, socialization, and engaging gymnastics instruction for ages 1 - 5! Preschool children learn the fundamentals of gymnastics using modified Olympic apparatus. Our aim is to bring gymnastics to everyone as we focus on the fun of learning, while also developing essential coordination, social skills, listening, and gross motor skills.

Our Focus
Building Strong Foundations
The preschool program focuses on training students in a fun, nurturing environment. Every child is unique, and we challenge our students on that basis. As such, our curriculum is centered around building strength, physical awareness and social skills. We work hard to build a strong foundation for our students to build from, no matter where the sport may take them.
Monday – Friday 3:30, 4:30pm
Monday – Thursday 5:30pm
Saturday – 9:30, 10:30am and 11:30am
Parent Tot – Tuesday 9:00 and Saturday 9:30am
Preschool Open Gym Tues and Weds 10-11am; $10
For ages 18 month – 5 years
Cost – $90 / month
